Ingredients
- 40 frozen meatballs, italian style
- 16oz rotini noodles
- 2c water
- 28oz jar of marinara sauce
- 1/4c parmesan cheese
- 1c mozzarella cheese
- Optional: a teaspoon of red pepper flake
- Optional: garnish with fresh herbs!
Steps
- Add frozen meatballs to the instant pot.
- Add noodles
- Level out noodles above meatballs
- Add water
- Cover with marinara sauce
- DO NOT MIX. You need to leave the layers intact for cooking
- Place the lid on the instant pot. Lock it into place. Make sure the valve is set to sealing
- Cook on manual for 5 minutes
- Allow to naturally release pressure for 8-10 minutes
- Move the valve to the venting position.
- Remove lid
- Stir in cheeses and optional pepper flake
- Garnish with fresh herbs!

Instant Pot or other countertop pressure cooker.
Notes
The frozen meatballs take time to warm up. The cooking time is listed at 5 minutes, it will take about 15 minutes for the Instant Pot to build enough pressure to cook properly.
